In 1994, Lyme Bay Cidery sold its first Jack Ratt and Lyme Bay Ciders from the small shop at Manor Farm near Axminster. The company has grown and developed and now trades as Lyme Bay Winery but still produces the original award winning selection of ciders. They are passionate about keeping the skill of west Country cider making alive and use nothing but the freshly pressed juice of locally grown traditional cider apple varieties such as Dabinett, Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill to produce high quality real full flavoured ciders which have won numerous awards. Sundown fruit cider displays a wonderful aroma of fresh apricots.
