How ordering works

1. Register for a trade account — takes one minute at fetchthedrinks.com/trade-register. We approve accounts quickly, usually the same day.
2. Log in and browse the full range — 270+ ciders, perries and craft drinks from 50+ producers, with live stock levels and wholesale (ex-VAT) prices.
3. Build your order — choose formats (20L bag-in-box, kegs, bottled cases), set your delivery details and submit.
4. We confirm within 1 working day — you’ll get an email confirmation immediately, then we confirm delivery day and send your invoice.

Delivery

• We deliver nationwide. Delivery charges may apply for remote areas (Scottish Highlands, islands, Isle of Wight).
• Local (Bournemouth/Poole/Salisbury areas): our own van delivers Thursdays — order by Tuesday midday.
• Everywhere else: pallet courier. Order by Tuesday midday for dispatch the same week; later orders dispatch the following Monday.
• Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm. A specific AM or PM slot can be requested for a £10 surcharge.
• FREE delivery on orders of 12+ bag-in-boxes (or £600+ ex VAT). Below that, a delivery charge may apply — we’ll always confirm before processing.
• Planning a festival? Use the scheduled delivery option on the order form to set your delivery date — we’ll have everything with you in good time.

Payment

• All prices on the trade portal are shown ex VAT. VAT is added on your invoice.
• We invoice after your order is confirmed — bank transfer (BACS) preferred, with payment details and terms on the invoice.
• First order with us? We take payment upfront; account terms follow for regular customers.

For festivals & events

• Tasting notes and cider descriptions for your programme? Every product on the portal carries style, ABV and tasting notes — and we’re happy to help you build a balanced bar. Just ask.
• Pump badges are available on request — mention it in your order notes.
• CAMRA festival? We’re a CAMRA-approved stockist and supply festivals across the country every season.
