£67.00Farmer Jim’s are a traditional cider maker producing top quality ciders on their west country farm.
Jim has been making cider for many years. “I have fond memories of helping my father and grandfather at apple harvesting time – from when I was young I used to climb the trees and shake the branches for the fruit to fall and then be gathered. We progressed to ladders and sticks, which we still use to this day, although most apple harvesting is mechanised now.”
A light fruity Perry made from proper Perry Pears.

£67.00The Hecks family have been making traditional Somerset farmhouse cider in Street for six generations, since 1840.
They make their cider by blending juice from apples all grown locally in the farms orchards. The cider is fermented in wooden barrels and sold draught from the wood.
Hecks farmhouse cider is one of the few cider farms to still to use the old traditional methods of cider making.
They have recently won prizes at the: Camra’s National Champion Cider and Perry Competition’s, Royal Bathe and West Show, Devon County Agricultural Association and many other local produce events.

Guided by recipes handed down through generations, many experiments were created using all sorts of soft and hard fruit – the airing cupboard was never the same again! The hobby grew for a few more years until it was time to think seriously about the future. Small-scale production developed with a local cider company but within a short time Angus saw the potential growth opportunities and in 2003 he decided to go it alone.
Midnight Special is a medium dry perry using a unique blend of fresh dessert and perry pears, and contains no added sugar, preservatives or flavouring.

Katy Perry packs bags of character yet remains delicately poised; much the same as the field mice scurrying around in the woodland on the edges of our orchard. A fruity medium Perry with a complex yet balanced flavor only found in real Perry. This little number is made from Stinking Bishop Perry pears and has all the hall marks of a top quality Perry. Very Perry was recently awarded Bronze in the CAMRA National Perry Awards.

£69.00Tim Wale, was born in Tutts Clump, a small hamlet in the village of Bradfield, which lies roughly half way between the towns of Reading and Newbury in West Berkshire. This is where he started making cider in 2006, hence the name. He is married to Catherine and has five daughters, Marie, Sarah, Joanne, Lucy and Rachel who help out with the business.
This medium/dry single variety real cider is lovingly crafted from 100% juice with no added water in West Berkshire from the finest Kent-grown Jazz apples. It’s probably the first ever cider made from this particular apple! Created in New Zealand, the Jazz Apple variety is a cross between the UK’s two biggest selling varieties – the Royal Gala and the Braeburn.
