A family run business based in Worcester. Apples are handpicked and pressed from local standard and half standard orchards. They make a range of traditional ciders and Perry’s.
Early in the season they press Foxwhelp with Bulmers Norman, Redstreak and Major with Browns Apple and Harry Masters Jersey with Browns Apple. Later on other varieties ripen such as Lavignee, Brown Snout, White Norman and Kington Black. The Kingston Black is fermented on its own and bottle conditioned later as a single varietal cider. By mid November they are picking and pressing Dabinet, Yarlington Mill, Ashton Brown Jersey and finally Vilberie.
A medium, slightly cloudy made from Worcestershire cider apples and Red Falstaff.

A medium well rounded yet a little tart 4.6% cider drier than Thundering Molly – still mellow with a very slight tart finish. A customer has described it as ‘Great mouth feel and a lot going on on the flavour front’ – you’re onto a winner!!
