  • Cotswold Cider Company - No Brainer - 6% - 35 pint bag in box

Cotswold Cider Company – No Brainer – 6% – 35 pint bag in box

    £63.00

Rory Souter founded the Cotswold Cider Company through his passion for our diverse native apple varieties and the orchard environment in which they grow. Both strike a chord with him in how we should appreciate our natural surroundings and how the goodness of the apple can deliver such rich and majestic flavours as cider does. He wants to help popularize ‘real’ cider using the very best bittersweet cider apples, whilst combining some personality, character and a little humour in the styles he produces.

A late night hard cloudy cider to see you through to the small hours…poker face guaranteed to ride out the whims of lady luck.  Gripping rich and true, this classic bone dry cider satisfies to the core.  ‘Til the morning comes…

    Mr Whitehead’s – Boxing Dog – 7.5% – 35 pint bag in box

    £58.00

Since the age of fifteen, Angus Whitehead has been making the most of the fruits of his garden. Guided by recipes handed down through generations, many experiments were created using all sorts of soft and hard fruit – the airing cupboard was never the same again!  The hobby grew for a few more years until it was time to think seriously about the future. Small-scale production developed with a local cider company but within a short time Angus saw the potential growth opportunities and in 2003 he decided to go it alone.

A strong cider made from apples with a high sugar content, pressed from hand-picked Hampshire grown apples including Worcester and Cox. Gently pasteurised and unfiltered. No added water, sugar, colours or preservatives helps ensure a flavour that’s straight from the press.
