Wessex Cider is family business run by Nigel and Jo Cuff. It is made in Fifield Bavant in the beautiful Chalke Valley just south of Wilton, the ancient capital of Wessex. They use as much locally grown fruit as they can and their aim is to keep everything as natural and as uncomplicated as possible.
This is a traditionally made medium cider using pure juice made from a blend of bittersweet cider apples and specially selected local varieties. The cider is fermented using wild yeasts for at least six months, blended in late Spring, resulting in a clean, fruity, rounded cider.
